We are excited to be working with a leading and fast-growing fluid power company who are looking for self-motivated and professional Field Service Engineers to join their team across various locations.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing and replacing components, keeping critical machinery up and running with reduced downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on new construction equipment from major manufacturers in the UK.
  • Build relationships with customers in your area, ensuring repeat business and a trusted first-call reputation.
  • Deliver fast, high-quality on-site repairs and replacements, ensuring machines are made serviceable as quickly as possible.
  • Manage van stock effectively, ensuring it’s well organised, fully equipped, and compliant with stock checks.
  • Log jobs, parts, photos, and details — ensuring records are complete and customer communication is clear.
  • Identifying faulty/damaged components.
  • Understanding client’s systems to assist with repairs and maintenance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous hydraulics experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident working alone and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent mechanical aptitude.
