Sonic Summary

The job involves conducting various types of asbestos surveys and inspections, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
Candidates must have a BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent and experience working within a UKAS accredited organization.
A strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance, as well as familiarity with relevant documents, is required.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a full UK driving license and be flexible with travel and out-of-hours work.

Duties will include, in part;

Undertaking Management Surveys
Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
Preparation of Survey Reports
Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with site visits
Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with asbestos removal specifications
Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with method statements

The Candidate;

The successful candidates should hold qualifications as above for Asbestos AFM Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 and BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent Asbestos Surveying qualifications (e.g.: RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying and RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures)
