Business Analyst

Norwich, Norfolk (3 days remote)
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the delivery of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements
- Develop detailed specifications, including plans, estimates, and timelines for new initiatives
- Conduct feasibility studies and present findings, outlining costs, benefits, and implementation time scales
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met
- Support project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user interviews to capture requirements and feedback
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials
- Oversee the personal development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting feasibility studies and creating comprehensive reports
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Experience with project management principles and methodologies
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
Working Hours:
9 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
