Business Analyst

Circa £35-45k DOE + Benefits

Norwich, Norfolk (3 days remote)

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry, based in Norwich. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the delivery of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements
  • Develop detailed specifications, including plans, estimates, and timelines for new initiatives
  • Conduct feasibility studies and present findings, outlining costs, benefits, and implementation time scales
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met
  • Support project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user interviews to capture requirements and feedback
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials
  • Oversee the personal development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Working Hours:

9 AM - 5:30 PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
