INTRODUCTION

We are working with a local manufacturing company who are looking for a Site Support / Facilities Management Coordinator for a 5 month temporary period.

THE COMPANY

We are working with a long-standing business in Norfolk, working within the Manufacturing industry to serve businesses across the globe. They are world-leaders within the sector and provide assistance to a wide range of customers. They are actively seeking a Site Support / Facilities Management Coordinator to support them in a temporary position. This role is fully office based, and available on a full time or part time (3 days) position.

To be successful with this position you will have previous relevant experience, ability to work proactively, and with attention to detail.

THE ROLE OF A SITE SUPPORT / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

  • Day-to-day management of a range of third-party contractors who provide various services to the site, overseeing their work and the completion of tasks.
  • Ensure that all work on the premises is carried out safely and safety regulations and approved codes of practice are adhered to.
  • Budget control.
  • Day-to-day supervision of all employee welfare facilities on site, including canteen, toilet facilities, showers, locker rooms, break areas & Meeting Rooms.
  • Provide confidential administrative and organisational support to the senior leadership team inclusive of diary management, scheduling, travel, etc.
  • Prepare, organise & minute Management and General Team meetings.
  • Coordination and administration of public relations, site events and marketing activities with educational institutions, local authorities, local residents, employees, etc.

THE REQUIREMENTS OF A SITE SUPPORT / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

  • Previous relevant experience is essential
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Administrative experience, including schedule management
  • Overseeing, approving, and checking works, including those carried out by external parties
