Service Advisors/Call Centre Advisors

The Recruitment solution are working for a regional car dealer group based in Norwich. We are looking for an experienced Customer Advisor to join their service team. This is a great role with exciting brands! The main objectives are as follows:
Maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work
•Handle requests for service or progress enquiries in a timely manner
•Book routine service and repair jobs and make computerised appointments and quote price to customer.
•Makes preparation for job cards after a booking has been made.
•Complete financial administration for service and repair jobs
Objective: Leave every calling customer with a sense of efficient service and being valued
•Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems/queries
•Promote the retailer's products and services
•Answer incoming calls following the retailer's established processes
•Forward calls or take messages for retailer staff as required
•Proactively recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements for call centre team
