Part-Time Telephone Sales Advisor

Join our client, a customer-focused company, renowned for quality, reliability, and innovation. They  are expanding and seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Agent to help grow their customer base by building strong relationships over the phone.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Accurately log all call activity, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support wider business goals.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
  • Prepare and send quotations and follow up to close sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous telesales or telephone-based customer service experience (B2B or B2C).
  • A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and handling rejection positively.
  • Organised, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of packaging or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
