My client, a prestigious property developer recognised for their high-quality residential developments across the UK, areseeking an exceptional Field Sales Manager to jointhem.
As Field Sales Manager, you'll manage and motivate a talented sales team to achieve regional targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for overseeing multiple development sites, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the successful progression of sales from reservation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to deliver exceptional results
- Plan and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Management
- Monitor and manage the entire sales process from reservation to legal completion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activities
- Oversee the presentation of show homes, stock, and part exchange properties
- Liaise with key internal departments and external partners including solicitors and marketing agencies
- Control sales budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development
- Proven experience in sales management,which will be within the property sector
- Advanced negotiation skills and comprehensive product knowledge
- Strong understanding of the sales and conveyance process
- Excellent leadership and motivational abilities
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Good financial services knowledge
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant sales software
