We are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on the design, supply, and installation of steel foundations (including bespoke screw piling and ground beams), as well as hybrid load-bearing cold-formed and structural steel superstructures ranging from low to high rise.My clients projects are primarily within the residential and utilities sectors, with plans to expand into industrial and leisure markets. Although based in Wymondham, we deliver projects across the UK and occasionally overseas.You will gain experience working on fully integrated structural solutions with a strong emphasis on buildability and time efficiency. Our approach often removes the need for craneage, allowing us to deliver projects in restricted-access locations where traditional steel construction may not be viable.The successful candidate will have a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and demonstrate a keen interest in structural steel and foundation design. You’ll be supported by senior engineers and directors across the business, developing skills in both consultancy and project delivery.Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • A desire to progress towards chartered status
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in practical design and construction methods
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
