Junior Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project based in Norwich. This is a long-term opportunity offering 24 months of consistent work on a high-profile scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Section and Site Engineers with day-to-day engineering tasks

• Setting out using GPS/Total Station (training provided if required)

• Producing and maintaining site records, QA documentation, and as-built information

• Supporting temporary works, permits, and method statements

• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors

• Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering (or working towards)

• Previous experience on highways or civil engineering projects preferred

• Good understanding of basic setting out and site procedures

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• CSCS card required

• Full UK driving licence preferred
