Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a variety of fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable)

  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems comply with BS5839 standards

  • Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly

  • Provide excellent customer service on-site and address client queries

  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergency callouts

  • Support colleagues and share technical knowledge when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems

  • Good working knowledge of BS5839 and relevant fire safety regulations

  • Experience with systems from manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, or Hochiki

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Industry qualifications (e.g., FIA units) desirable

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
