Swarm Recruitment is working with a highly regarded agency covering brand, design, communication and digital marketing.

The company has been established for many years and works with some great brand.

Office location is a moderate drive outside of Norwich and my be a commute for in office days.

We are looking for someone to develop the client services function. Someone with agency experience, a people person with experience in overseeing a business development or sales process. We are looking for someone who is relationship focused but an understanding of account management processes/strategy and CRM systems would be needed.

The Role

This a hands-on, client-facing role where you will:

路 Generate New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities for the agency, build relationships, and manage opportunities from initial conversation to starting work.

路 Grow Customer Relationships: Strengthen bonds with our clients, recognise new opportunities to add additional value and support customer marketing objectives.

路 Lead Marketing-Driven Growth: Help shape and execute campaigns that grab attention, generate leads, and reinforce positioning.

路 Collaborate & Deliver Impact: Work closely with the in-house team of design and digital experts and as well collaborate with external partners to both win and deliver high-quality, impactful work

路 Track & Report: Monitor pipeline health, measure progress, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Working pattern

Hybrid Working; up to 2 days per week working from home / remotely.

It is essential you have your own car with a full clean driving license.

Essential Experience

路 Client Relationship Management - Experience nurturing and growing existing client accounts, building valuable partnerships

路 New Business Development - Demonstrable track record of generating new prospects and closing opportunities

路 Sales Pipeline Management - Experience managing CRM systems for tracking and reporting opportunities through all stages.

路 Networking & Prospecting Skills - Comfortable attending events, making connections, and creating opportunities proactively.

路 Pitching & Proposal Writing - Ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

路 Delivery Oversight - Strong awareness of project progress, client expectations, and scope to ensure commitments are met. Act as a key stakeholder in delivery.

路 Marketing Awareness - Strong understanding of marketing principles and how creative services (branding, campaigns, digital) add value to client businesses.

Desired Experience

路 Creative or Marketing Agency Background - Experience in an agency environment or working with creative/marketing teams.

路 Strategic Input - Experience shaping value propositions, contributing to positioning and go-to-market strategies.

路 Marketing Campaign Execution - Practical involvement in planning or running lead-generation or brand-awareness campaigns.

路 Use of Marketing Automation Tools - Familiarity with tools for CRM, email marketing, or social prospecting.

Benefits

路 Salary c. 拢30,000 and an OTE of up to 拢38,000 depending on experience.

路 23 days starting holiday allowance, excluding Bank Holidays - increasing 1 day each year to a max of 28 days.
