We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor - Charge Hand to join a major industrial project in Norwich for an estimated duration of 12-18 months.

What you'll be doing:

Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to a team of 2-3 electricians.
Working hands-on alongside your team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
Overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
Liaising effectively with site management and other trades.
Ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

What you'll bring to the table:

Proven experience as an Electrical Charge Hand or Supervisor on industrial projects.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
Valid ECS or JIB card.
