Noodle Talent Partners are excited to be supporting a growing organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Training & Administration Manager, to join the team on a permanent basis.
Working full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday office hours with some flexibility.
Within this role you will work as part of the management team, managing the organisation and delivery of training along with the L&D agenda for support staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training to ensure staff are best equipped to fulfil their roles efficiently and compliantly
- Maintain accurate and updated records
- Ensure effective planning and delivery of training and development
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance in line with industry regulations and company policies
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of training, identify areas for continual improvement
- Report to management, working collaboratively cross-department
- Associatedadministrative activity in line with the role
What are we looking for:
- Existing experience in coordination of training
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Accurate administrative abilities and eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Great at problem solving, using initiative and contributing ideas for improvement
- A Positive can do attitude and enthusiasm for your work
- Team working and relationship management sills
