Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company on the outskirts of Norwich in their search for a Customer Advisor dealing with member queries and questions. Offering an excellent level of service through all points of contact and administrative support as well as offering proactive solutions to ensure an outstanding level of service.
Key duties include:
- Handling incoming queries and questions via all forms of communication
- Actively listening and resolving queries within agreed timescales
- Proactive engagement with members to ensure quality and consistency of service
- Updating members records
- General administrative duties including order processing, invoice queries, delivery tracking, product quotes and purchase orders.
- Manage email imboxes
- Gather feedback and insight to drive improvements
- Upselling and cross selling
- Attend member events when required
Key Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident in communicating
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate
- Proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships
This is a full-time and permanent position working Monday - Friday and offering fantastic benefits and a salary of up to £28,000.
