Introduction
 
We are recruiting for a Document Controller & Delivery Controls Administrator to join our client’s team in Norwich on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a key onsite role, supporting both document control and delivery controls administrative functions.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Maintain and manage accurate document control systems in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure correct formatting, version control, and traceability of all technical and project documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Delivery Controls function, including data entry, reporting, and records management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant document flow.
  • Monitor deadlines, submission statuses, and approval processes for key project deliverables.
  • Support process improvements within document control and delivery admin functions.
 
 
Qualifications and Requirements
 
  • Proven experience in a document control, project support, or administrative role, ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with document management systems.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated or technical project environment would be an advantage.
