Think Recruitment are currently looking for Domestic Electricians to carry out repairs and maintenance within private Domestic Properties and Social Housing properties across Norfork, Norwich . These properties will be both tenanted and void needing planned and reactive maintenance works carrying out.

Duties will include:

Repairs and maintenance within Domestic / Social Housing properties
Call out rota 1 in 4
EICR Testing
Remedial Work
Consumer Unit Changes

Experience/Skills required:

Recognized qualifications and certificates. (18th Edition and Gold Card / NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations)
2391 - Testing and Inspection (beneficial)
Driving licence is essential.
