Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company on the outskirts of Norwich in their search for a Membership Advisor dealing with member onboarding, queries and questions. You will be the first point of contact offering an excellent level of service whether over the phone or via administrative support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Member onboarding
- Preparation and distribution of relevant paperwork, maintaining records in compliance with company policy and governance requirements
- Maintain detailed records ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Conduct credit reports and working closely with the credit and risk team
- Member communication
- Collaborate with finance regarding payment and invoicing queries
- Managing membership renewals
- Account closures
- Regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision making across departments
Skills & Experience required for the role:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Problem solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
- CRM experience and IT literate across Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Collaborative and Engaging attitude
- Must be able to show initiative, active listening and be solution focused
- Previous experience with a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience within farming, rural or food sector will be well regarded
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday (37.5hrs per week) and offering excellent benefits.
