Chill Room Production Operative

Straight Forward Recruitment are urgently looking for a Chiller Room Production Operative to start immediately for our client based in Snetterton.

• Location: Snetterton
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

You will be working in the chilled production area of a pet food factory in a chilled environment (approx. 4°C). Duties include:

• Loading raw meat into production grinders

• Mixing ingredients in process mixers

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

• Following health & safety and food safety guidelines

• Manual handling – this role involves bending and lifting

• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (4°C)

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour tasks

• Previous experience in a production or chilled environment is desirable but not essential – full training is provided

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Immediate start

• Monday to Friday shifts – no weekends

• Competitive pay: £12.21 per hour
