We are delighted to be exclusively partnered with this growing manufacturing business, to appoint a Finance Business Partner/FP&A Analyst, a critical role, as they embark on their next pivotal period of growth.This role is a commercially focused opportunity, therefore will be office based, to maximise the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within this growing business. You will be based at their new and impressive modern offices on the outskirts of Norwich and work closely with the Finance Director and department leads.As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial and operations teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial plans and insights and challenge the status quo to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Skills required
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software.
    • Good IT skills, especially around Data ETL.
