Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager - NorwichSalary: £44,000 - £54,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich to recruit an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager.

This role is ideal for someone with strong audit experience who enjoys leading engagements, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion

  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations

  • Managing and developing client relationships

  • Supervising and supporting junior members of the audit team

  • Reviewing audit files and delivering constructive feedback

  • Working closely with senior management on complex audit and reporting matters

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified

  • Minimum of four years' experience in a UK Practice environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of audit principles and accounting standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
