We are looking for a Client Manager to join our client's team in Norwich. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for professionals who excel both independently and in a collaborative environment. As a Client Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and deliver comprehensive financial services including compliance, business advisory, and financial strategy.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Utilise advanced accounting software tools such as Dext, Tellero, Xero, and QuickBooks Online to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in tax compliance, business advisory, and client management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software like Dext, Tellero, Xero, and QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a hybrid environment.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications such as ACCA, AAT, or significant progress in these areas.
