As a commercial director you will:
- Lead a team of 6 ambitious Account Executives
- Mentor colleagues and drive their personal development
- Deliver our growth ambitions and initiatives for the branch
- Lead on our retention efforts across our existing client portfolio
- Contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and retention strategies.
- Exceptional people management skills - mentor, coach, and empower your team.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
