Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with a successful Norwich based company to support their search for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Head of Finance, this role will be the face of finance to a number of key stakeholders across the business. Key duties include:
- Partner with stakeholders to manage project pricing, contracting, budgeting, forecasting, credit and cash management and reporting. This will include all aspects of onboarding, managing and reporting in the financials.
- Create payment schedules including invoicing requirements, payment terms, revenue recognition and project close processes.
- Create and review budgets vs actuals and cost of sales reporting.
- Review supplier invoices for assigned projects all information us up to date and accurate
- Meet with stakeholders to periodically to discuss project budgets and reporting and ensure consistently high levels of customer service and adherence to client requirements
- Support the month reporting process
- Provide insight into any risks associated with business projects
The ideal candidate for the role will be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA or CIMA) or close to finalising one of these qualifications with demonstrable knowledge or reporting standards (UK/US GAAP advantageous). You will an excellent communicator with the capacity to understand the 'bigger picture’.
