We're on the lookout for a seasoned PMO professional to support one of the largest and most critical programmes within the Non-Motor Claims Portfolio (casualty, home, and commercial property).

You'll be working closely with a team - not just tracking and supporting, but actively driving delivery forward, ensuring governance and reporting are water-tight, and bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operating as the PMO lead within a major programme of work

  • Managing risk, governance, finance tracking, and data/reporting quality

  • Acting as a critical friend to the programme, influencing and challenging when needed

  • Ensuring change management principles are embedded across the delivery cycle

  • Supporting the programme lead with insight-driven reporting and planning

What We're Looking For:
  • A strong, independent PMO with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders

  • Background in large, complex, regulated environments (Financial Services ideal)

  • Deep experience across core PMO functions: risk, finance, reporting, governance

  • Highly pragmatic, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

  • Confident in coaching others and being a "voice of knowledge" in the room
