Are you an experienced paraplanner, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment, offering flexible and remote working.

Due to continued success in providing fee based advice to HNW clients these professional services financial planning firm, requires a professional and proactive Paraplanner / to provide support to the Financial Advisers and support team.

The successful candidate will have experience within a professional services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Processing applications: pensions and platforms product/account processing including researching products to support advisors.
  • Advice report writing and packaging cases/annual reviews for advisers, using a very good bank of existing templates
  • Administration: Advanced level of organisation skills to prioritise and manage daily tasks and meet exacting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Support to the Financial Planning Team Leader on strategic projects: development of systems and processes and ensuring best practice standards; as required.

You will have:

  • Level 4 qualified or already working towards this.
  • Similar experience working as at paraplanner level in a financial planning support role.
  • High degree of IT literacy with proven working knowledge of typical paraplanning tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with 2Plan highly desirable.
  • Able to produce management information and other reporting including financial reports in relation to commission, case progress reports, etc.
