Cover Manager
Location: Norwich
Salary: £24,446 - £26,991 per annum (Pro Rata) (£27,711 - £30,060 per annum FTE)
Hours: Permanent, Term time plus 2 weeks, 37 hours a week

This role is a great opportunity to get some classroom-based experience for those thinking of a potential career in teaching. Previous post holders have gone on to train and achieve QTS and have found the Cover Manager role invaluable in helping them along their career paths.
As a Cover Manager you will be expected to:
- lead the Cover Supervisor(s) within school to ensure they provide a high-quality service and be responsible for providing cover when required.
- use the MIS system and maintain an up-to-date forward diary to support Headteacher making decisions regarding cover.
- also act as a Cover Supervisor.
