Our client, a highly respected and award-winning 5* housebuilder, is actively seeking passionate and driven New Homes Sales Advisors to join their growing team on developments across Norwich. Whether you're experienced in new build sales or looking to break into the industry with a strong background in estate agency, our client is looking for individuals who are confident, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday (No weekends)

New Homes Sales Administrator requirements: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and working with PDFs.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a busy, fast-paced workload.
  • Experience working in New Homes

As a New Homes Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to phone enquiries from both potential and existing customers in a friendly, efficient manner while upholding company standards.
  • Progressing home sales and professionally managing part exchange processes to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Assisting the Sales team with diary management and appointment scheduling to support daily operations.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining sales information and data.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinating the production of marketing materials, including weekly price lists and campaign content.
  • Keeping the company website updated with relevant and accurate marketing information to help drive enquiries and sales.
  • Ordering and managing stock for upgrades, interior furnishings, stationery, and marketing collateral.
  • Producing general correspondence such as letters and memos as required.
