In this full time role, which includes weekends, but two week days off per week, you'll be responsible for selling premium new build homes within agreed budgets while maximising revenue. You'll guide potential buyers through their purchase journey, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Convert enquiries to reservations using effective selling techniques
- Maintain comprehensive market knowledge of local conditions, demographics and competitor activity
- Utilise CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships
- Facilitate sales through Help to Buy, Helping Hands and Part Exchange schemes
- Work with solicitors and financial advisors to keep sales progressing smoothly
- Conduct home demonstrations in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards in the sales area
