Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator and possess strong customer service skills.
The role includes responsibilities such as booking valuations, carrying out viewings, and managing sales progression.
Working hours consist of a 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays, and the position includes benefits like mileage expenses and ongoing training.

Due to company expansion, our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency based in the Norwich area, are looking for an experienced Senior/Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

The successful Senior/Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

Basic salary of up to £25,000

Working hours:

5-day working week (Alternate Saturdays)

Senior/Sales Negotiator requirements:

Strong customer service skills
At least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator
Ability to work as part of a team.
Driving licence and access to own car

Booking Valuations, Mortgage Appointments and Viewings
Carrying out viewings
Dealing with offers
Registering applicants
Sales Progression
