REED Technology are working with a client who are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with development experience to join their technology team. This role is primarily focused on Salesforce administration, with additional responsibilities for development tasks, integrations, and workflow improvements.

You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day Salesforce operations while supporting projects that enhance system functionality and data integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, security, and configuration.
  • Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Support integration projects using APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Assist with data management and reporting processes, including Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven Salesforce administration experience with some development capability.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, process automation, and API integrations.
  • Ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with SQL and Python for data management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and document management tools.
  • Familiarity with integration challenges across multiple platforms.
