Senior Guidewire Developer / Consultant (Contract)
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer / Consultant to support a major insurance platform transformation programme. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter, with strong exposure to Guidewire v10 and cloud migration.
You will work as part of a delivery-focused team, configuring and customising Guidewire applications, supporting integrations, and contributing to large-scale insurance system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter
- Support Guidewire v10 and cloud migration initiatives
- Develop and enhance Guidewire functionality using GOSU and PCF
- Build and support system integrations (finance, payments, document management, third-party platforms)
- Support data migration from legacy systems to Guidewire
- Contribute to technical design, performance tuning and best practices
- Work within Agile delivery environments
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter
- Experience delivering Guidewire cloud or v10 migrations
- Solid knowledge of GOSU, PCF, XML, REST and SOAP
- Proven insurance domain experience, ideally within general insurance or claims
- Experience with system integration and data migration
- Guidewire ACE certification desirable
