Gas Subcontractor - Servicing Only

We are seeking experienced and reliable gas subcontractors to join our team, servicing residential and commercial properties in the NR and PE postcodes. This role involves performing routine gas servicing tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. No repairs or callouts are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine servicing of gas appliances and systems in residential and commercial properties.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of services performed.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain service procedures and any findings.
Manage a schedule of 10+ services per day.

Requirements:
Valid Gas Safe registration.
Gas qualifications are essential for this role minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
Proven experience in gas servicing.
Strong knowledge of gas appliances and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Reliable transportation to travel within the NR and PE postcodes.
