Our client is a fast paced and growing organisation, now seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join their team.  Reporting to the MD, the HR Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing company policies in line with regulations and best practice. You will also provide first-line support to managers with any employee-related matters, including case management, probation reviews  as well as reviewing and potentially implementing a revised structure of the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining company data on the HR system, producing reports as necessary, and ensuring all HR records and training are accurate and up-to-date.We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR Management or Senior Advisory roles, with experience in supporting the implementation of new processes and policies. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be PC literate, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
