Business Analyst Norwich Salary: £40-45k Currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience that combines both business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities to ensure efficient, high-quality software development. You will also act as a bridge between management, stakeholders, and the development team - streamlining requirements gathering, defining clear processes, and rigorously testing new features. Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs to developers
Process documentation
Working with developers to understand technical restraints
Some manual testing on new features and fixes

About YouWe're looking for someone who can offer stream lining requirements gathering and defining clear processes and testing new features.

Proven experience in a BA role
Agile and Jira ticketing systems
Familiarity with test code design and defect tracking
Process improvement initiatives (desirable)
Confident liaising wit non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Manual testing ( desirable)
