Role: Staff Benefits Experience Expert

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: 50k Depending on experience + Car Allowance

Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Benefits Experience Expert to join their professional commercial insurance brokerage and underwriting agency based in the heart of Norwich.

The Role:

As a Staff Benefits Experience Expert you will beproviding advice and support to companies on employee benefits like health insurance, life cover, and pensions.This role will require knowledge of corporate benefits, client relationship management, and liaising with insurers.

  • Provide advice on group risk, healthcare, and pensions to clients.
  • Obtain and analyse quotes from insurers for employee benefits, and prepare client-facing reports.
  • Liaise with clients and insurers on underwriting and claims, and process new business and renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver employee communications
  • Handle ad hoc client queries, answer phone calls, and manage data migration.

The Requirements:

  • Experience in employee benefits, group risk, or financial services with good underwriter relationships
  • A strong understanding of products like private medical insurance, group life policies, income protection, and group pensions is essential.
  • Ability to distil complex language into simple terms is a valuable skill.
  • Proficiency in using relevant systems for administration, reporting, and data management
