Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Private Client team, including strategic planning and mentoring
Handle a broad range of Private Client matters:
o Wills
o Probate
o Trusts
o Powers of Attorney
o Deputyships
Maintain and grow strong client relationships
Oversee compliance, quality standards, and best practices
Support business development and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy

Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE in Private Client law
Proven experience in leadership and team management
Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills
Excellent client relationship management
STEP membership preferred
Track record of delivering a high standard of service
