- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and new builds
- Advise clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of property transactions
- Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
- Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
- Deliver exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking efforts to support team growth
- 5+ years PQE in residential property (strong 4+ PQE candidates will also be considered)
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Excellent technical and procedural knowledge of conveyancing
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
- A team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
- A commercial mindset and focus on client care
- Base salary starting from £40,000, with OTE up to £60,000 (performance-based bonus)
