Private Client Principal Associate – Norwich

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Associate – Private Client (4+ PQE) to join a highly respected, top-ranked Private Client team based in Norwich.The Role:Seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Associate to join a rapidly growing, market-leading Private Client team in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners on complex and high-value matters, while also managing your own diverse caseload. The client base includes landowners, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals, offering a broad and stimulating range of work. The role will also involve close collaboration with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate and other specialist teams. Occasional travel to London and Cambridge will be required to support cross-office initiatives and client work. Skills & Experience:You will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a leading regional or City firm. Your background will include advising high-net-worth individuals and trustees on a broad range of complex private client matters. This will include estate and succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax strategies, complex Will drafting, advising on trustee powers and duties and the establishment and administration of trusts. You will demonstrate technical excellence, commercial awareness and a client-focused approach, with the ability to handle sophisticated matters with confidence and discretion.
