- Handle your own SEN legal caseload from start to completion.
- Helping clients to select a barrister and instructing where necessary.
- Work closely with Legal Officer, Senior Legal Officers in support of Senior Lawyers to progress legal matters in SEN law.
- Qualified lawyer with experience in SEN law with 2+ years of PQE in a similar role.
- Strong legal knowledge and expertise in SEN law.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, such as the SEND Code of Practice.
- Experience with case management and file management systems.
- Remote working – bar the need to attend the office once per term time.
- Flexible hours.
- Weekly pay (the pay rate offered will depend on experience, interview performance and capability in the role).
