Executive Assistant – Private Client

We’re looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Private Client team. This role involves diary management, client liaison, legal administrative support, and practice management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Scheduling: Manage appointments (Office, Zoom, Teams, Phone), allocate prep/lunch times, and schedule client callbacks.
  • Client Liaison: Handle calls, book meetings, collect AML documents, and log communications.
  • Admin Support: Open/close files, prepare precedent engagement paperwork, raise invoices, update accounts, and assist with court documents.
  • Practice Management: Reconcile bank records, manage bills/debts, organise socials and BD events, support compliance reviews, and maintain holiday records.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Trust reviews, website updates, client work coordination, and stationery management.
Requirements
  • Proven EA experience within a legal environment
  • Discreet with confidential information
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
Working Hours & Location
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
