R13 are pleased to be working alongside a well-established firm in their search for a Legal Support professional to join on a truly flexible part-time basis. The position can be offered on a 20-25 hour working week, with the days and times to be determined to suit the successful candidates needs! These can also flex throughout the year.
As a dedicated Legal Support professional, you will be providing key support to the Director undertaking diverse administrative and support tasks.
This role would suit an existing Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant / Legal PA / Paralegal with a background in family law - who is looking to be apart of a growing firm. Salary is offered pro-rata at £28,000 - £30,000 and will be initially office-based, a few miles outside of Norwich (future for some at-home working to be considered once established in the role.)

The day to day
- Providing support to the Director including file management.
- Opening and closing of files and conducting conflict searches.
- Production of documentation (including audio), invoicing and case progression.
- Handling general correspondence and queries, as well as incoming calls.
- Coordinating client meetings and communicating with external stakeholders.
- Management of the Directors diary.
- Updating clients on their transactions.

You will have/be
- Previous experience within a similar role in a legal environment is essential
- Proficient IT skills, able to learn the firm’s array of internal systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to professionally represent the business at all times.
- Effective organisational & time management skills as required in the role.
- Highly attentive and able to managed a busy and varied workload.
