The Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support daily production activities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver improvements to productivity and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing manufacturing solutions, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production operations, providing troubleshooting expertise where needed.
- Lead cost engineering initiatives, kaizen projects, and automation improvements.
- Collaborate on new product introductions, ensuring robust manufacturing processes are in place.
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver effective resolutions.
- Explore and implement new technologies and concepts to improve efficiency and quality.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with LabView, TestStand, or lean manufacturing tools is desirable.
