Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of residential projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
