Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with an innovative climate tech company on a mission to make zero carbon commuting a reality - and they're looking for a Campaign Executive to join their dynamic marketing team.

About the Role:As a Campaign Executive, you'll play a vital role in planning, delivering, and analysing marketing campaigns focused on lead generation. You'll be responsible for managing multiple digital campaigns, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure maximum impact. From webinars and email marketing to SEO content and promotional materials, you'll be hands-on in shaping campaigns that support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns with a clear focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Develop creative campaign ideas, define objectives, and track performance against agreed KPIs (e.g. cost per MQL, lead quality)
  • Coordinate campaign activity using HubSpot, including list building, lead source tracking, and persona targeting
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns across digital channels
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better results
  • Manage content across platforms including email, website, and social media
  • Support "business as usual" marketing activity including inbound lead qualification, LinkedIn content posting, and website copy updates

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing in digital marketing
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn and Google Analytics (desirable)
  • A positive attitude, analytical mindset and excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with webinar promotion, content marketing and SEO-focused campaigns
  • Background in technology or sustainability sectors
