Our client is a leading provider of building services across public and private sectors. Their Norwich office has an opportunity for a talented and experienced senior structural engineer to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

The role :

Manage project delivery from concept to construction
Carry out design work in all traditional materials
Represent firm at client and site meetings
Mentor and train more junior engineers
Proficient designing in all traditional materials

About you:

Degree level Chartered or near Chartered Engineer (MIStructE / MICE)
Significant previous experience of managing the whole design processes from concept to construction
Previous experience in day-to-day running of a variety of projects
Adept in liaising professionally with external clients and agencies
Thorough knowledge of design to British Standards and EuroCodes and of Health & Safety / CDM
Experience of large complex steel structures
Expertise in use of Tekla Structural Designer is desirable
