Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Operator to support our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, saws, and crimpers to build and glaze bi-fold doors, doors, and window products ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers efficiently and safely.
  • Assemble bi-fold doors, doors, and window products to completion.
  • Glaze products to prepare them for delivery.
  • Ensure the right part is used at the right time to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Build in quality at each step to minimise waste and optimise processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in operating CNC machines, saws, and crimpers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a production environment.
