We’re currently working alongside a local heating company who are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys supporting others, managing multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of general administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls, assisting customers and transferring enquiries to the appropriate team.

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
