The Role

Working for a high-end premium IT, communication and managed document solutions provider your aim will be to provide customers with a professional and efficient technical support service, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Leads, guides and supports a team of Technicians to deliver a very high level of technical effectiveness, product knowledge and customer careKey responsibilities and tasks:路 Provide technical assistance within timescales specified by SLAs* Effectively investigate and rectify faults* Perform routine maintenance and modifications/updates as required路 Provide support during installations路 Understand and be fully conversant with SLAs relating to assigned accounts* Understand solutions in use and be able to carry out basic fault finding路 Back up colleagues when necessary - e.g., holiday, sickness, busy periods路 Log call details using the call logging system within agreed timescales路 Report reoccurring faults to enable proactive management of such faults路 Share expertise and technical information with team members路 Build relationships with key stakeholder accounts at all times路 Ensure boot stock and/or site stock is maintained at specified levels路 Attend product courses as requested to ensure knowledge base sufficient for Applicant profile:路 Previous experience of working in a field technical support environment within the MFP/copier/print arena would be a distinct advantage although other break fix backgrounds will also be considered (EPOS / ATM / Coffee etc )路 Ability to think through problems in a logical manner to enable speedy and accurate resolution of issues路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure first class customer serviceApplicationTo apply for this position please follow the link on this page or send your CV .If you would like more information on this vacancy or any others we may have, please contact Nikki Foxall on
