Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Snetterton, NR16
Work Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
- £12.21 per hour
Job Overview:The role will consist of working as part of the Office Administratorteam, ensuring data produced and collected is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Primary duties include:
- Coordination with Suppliers and Vendors
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Customer Service and Communication
- Technology and Systems Management
Qualifications and Experience required for Office Administrator:
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills weighted towards the Excel program
- Able to produce written communication appropriate to different audience levels and needs
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise own workload and manage resource to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Previous experience working within WMS system
- Ability to travel to work in weekdays
