We're working with a brilliant, growing client who's on the lookout for an Office Manager to join their small, friendly team. Based in a picturesque setting near Horstead, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and being part of a close-knit business with a real family feel.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting the business with a range of finance tasks, including:
- Raising and sending invoices
- Processing payroll
- General bookkeeping and admin support
- Using Xero to manage day-to-day accounts
- Our client isn't a big corporate with rigid processes - they're a supportive team who appreciate someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in where needed.

Who They're Looking For
The ideal person will have accounts experience and a flexible, down-to-earth attitude. Someone who enjoys being part of a team and thrives in a relaxed but hard-working environment.

You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a similar accounts position
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software (or willingness to learn)
- A proactive, can-do approach
- Confidence working independently and as part of a small team
